Abstract: Education and Experience: Professor Zhang received her Ph.D. in pharmaceutical engineering and technology from East China University of Science and Technology. She was a visiting scholar in University of Georgia. Her group has developed a series of seaweed polysaccharide anti-oxidation and anti high fat and anti stone functional foods and oral products for removing stains and preventing bleeding. The main research interest is traditional Chinese medicine and marine natural products.
